Location: HMCS Nonsuch – 11807 Kingsway NW, Edmonton AB – Right beside the Canadian Tire 

Parents are to drive their cadets to this event. If someone different is picking up your cadet, they must be over 18/valid photo id, and be approved by the cadet’s guardians. 

If your cadet has medications/inhalers, and medical supplies require to function for the day, PLEASE ENSURE this is packed and handed to our Medical Officer Lt: Stolk at time of sign in. 

Drop-Off Time: 8:45 AM ( 08 45 hrs)
Pick-Up Time: 4:00 PM (16 00 hrs) 

Lunch Information

Pizza (cheese or pepperoni) will be provided for lunch.
Cost: $5 per cadet. Pay at time of drop off on Sunday Morning. 

If your cadet does not wish to have pizza, they must bring their own lunch. Please ensure the lunch does not require heating or refrigeration, as these will not be available.

Dress & Required Items

Cadets are to wear:

• Unit T-shirt

• Unit ball cap (ensure their name is in both)

• Track pants, shorts, or sweats (no jeans, as we will be participating in sports)

• Clean indoor sneakers

Cadets must also bring:

• Water bottle

• Snacks

• Sweater

• Paper and pencil/pen

We will be completing essential cadet training that directly supports their development and impacts their eligibility for promotions. Attendance is expected.
